ABOUT ANGE NOY

Hi, I’m Ange, a personal trainer and yoga instructor from Auckland, New Zealand. I believe that everyone’s road to a healthier lifestyle should involve more than just dieting and workouts.

A combination of exercise that you love, nutritious food and wind-down time to rest are key to long term results. As a qualified prenatal and postnatal yoga teacher (and a mother myself!), I have a great understanding of training women who are pregnant or getting back into exercise after baby.

Based in New Lynn, West Auckland, I have been working in the fitness industry for more than nine years and believe that a realistic, balanced approach to nutrition, exercise and wellbeing to suit your own lifestyle is the key to maintaining it in the long term. Simple, small changes can lead to fantastic results that last.

Join the Creative Action Squad for group training with a difference! Short, effective classes created specifically for busy women. Choose from General Fitness, Yoga, or Boxing sessions. All sessions child-friendly.
