Hi everyone, hope you’re having an amazing and healthy year so far. This year I have resumed my personal training journey of ongoing learning and am enrolled in the Diploma of Yoga course at Wellpark College, so my hours for training are more limited than usual (coupled with the fact I recently had a baby!).

To avoid disappointment, I am currently fully booked for training sessions. If you would like to be put on the waiting list to train with me, feel free to get in touch via my contact page.
