Additional postpartum training

I’m currently taking the Girls Gone Strong CPPC certification to further improve my knowledge on training women postpartum safely with the latest research. If you’re pregnant or postpartum and you’re feeling lost with your training, get in touch and I’ll help or refer you to someone if I can! This is my area of expertise.


I’ve been quiet on the advertising front lately as I haven’t had space to take any additional new clients. While I don’t have the timeslots for regular weekly private coaching at the moment, if you just need a programme update, to check up on your exercise technique, if you’re happy to have one-off sessions when a current client is unable to attend their session or if you would like to join my small group women’s training sessions on a Friday, I may be able to assist.

Online coaching

My online coaching project, Grace, Grit & Gratitude, is my biggest focus right now!

  • My Online Squad Membership has an online library of workout and yoga videos, programmes and a community forum with weekly live workouts and mindset talks to keep you supported and on track with your goals.
  • I offer an 8 week Find Your Balance online training programme with online videos/printable programmes for the workouts, nutrition guidance and more. This can be done any time self-guided if you are an Online Squad member, alternatively I run it four times a year with guidance and weekly trainer check-ins that can be purchased as a standalone challenge or accessed from the membership.
  • I have a self-guided 21 Days Of Yoga programme perfect for beginners, yogis trying to get into daily routine, or those who haven’t done yoga in a while and would like some revision. In this video series I take you from basic breathwork to beginner arm balancing (wall assisted handstands!).
