Maternity leave

I’m now back from maternity leave! Starting from Term 2 (Monday 30 April 2018) I will be primarily focusing on building Creative Action Squad group sessions in New Lynn andΒ  NZ Real Health Squad online training while taking on a limited number of private sessions. If you would like to train with me please get in touch ASAP to avoid disappointment.

Moving Mums update

My business partner for Moving Mums is shifting focus towards other ventures so this service has finished as of 30 September 2017. When I return from maternity leave, I will continue to run child-friendly exercise sessions for anyone who needs to bring babies or toddlers along!

Yoga teacher’s training

Across 2017 and 2018 I am currently studying towards my 500-hour advanced certification in safe and sustainable yoga with Jayayoga (after having already completed my 200-hour, prenatal and postnatal certifications in 2016).

Nutrition coaching

I’ve finished my nutrition coaching course with Precision Nutrition to be a PN Level 1 certified professional! This means I can help you troubleshoot your existing nutrition habits and teach you how to modify them to get the results you want!
