Hi, I’m Ange, a personal trainer, nutrition coach and yoga instructor from Auckland, New Zealand. I believe that everyone’s road to a healthier lifestyle should involve more than just dieting and workouts.
A combination of fun exercise, nourishing food and taking the time to look after yourself are key to long term results. As a qualified prenatal and postnatal yoga teacher (and a mother of two myself!), I have a great understanding of training women who are pregnant or getting back into exercise after baby. I’m particularly passionate about helping mums rediscover their health and fitness with a safer, kinder approach.
Based in New Lynn, West Auckland, I’ve been working in the fitness industry for more than ten years and know that while fast fixes and fad diets may seem glamorous, simple but effective healthy habit changes are the key to fantastic results that last!
