Small group sessions
Limited spaces are available and sessions must be paid for prior to class commencement, so please ensure you book with me to avoid disappointment!
All sessions are held at my private home-based studio in New Lynn and most are child-friendly if you wish to bring your baby or toddler with you (with the exception of Yoga which is for grownups only; following my maternity leave at the end of this year, I plan on offering Pregnancy and Mums and Bubs courses in 2018, along with adding at least one weekend session to the timetable). If you have any requests outside of the above timetable, I would love to hear from you as your feedback will help shape my sessions in the future.
Interval training using your own bodyweight for resistance. Focused on cardiovascular fitness, toning and strengthening muscles and improving core strength.
Punch and kick your way to fitness with boxing classes that will get your heart rate up, strengthen your body and tone your muscles. Lots of fun, all equipment is provided.
Shape up and tone up using a variety of equipment including dumbbells, TRX, bodyweight exercises, steps, medicine balls, slam balls and kettlebells. If you want to increase your all over body strength and pick up your cardiovascular fitness, this is the class for you.
Low impact classes to help improve your flexibility, manage stress and anxiety, strengthen and tone muscles, improve posture and enhance mental focus. Bring along a yoga mat and find your inner peace.
Drawing inspiration from yoga and pilates, improve your core strength, provide support for your lower back and increase mobility in your spine.
