Nutrition Mission Package


Your diet is important – especially when it comes to weight loss. If you’re in dire need of a revamp, sign up for a three session ‘Nutrition Mission’ package with Ange, a certified nutrition coach who believes a balanced approach to nutrition with gradual modifications is the most sustainable and effective way to not only get results, but also to maintain them in the long term.

For $150, you receive three 45 minute sessions which include:

Session 1: Initial consultation session
During this session, I’ll be finding out more about your lifestyle including your usual eating habits, what you think you need to change nutrition-wise, what you would like to achieve and what has/hasn’t worked for you in the past.

Session 2: Educational supermarket visit
We visit a nearby supermarket (close to Creative Action Studio)  and we do a walkthrough of your typical supermarket shopping list and what you would buy. I will teach you how to read nutrition labels, what you should be looking for and how to identify healthier options.

Session 3: Final consultation session
We will discuss what you’ve learned, anything you feel you would like to know more about, and go over your nutrition action plan.

You will also receive:

  • A basic pantry list of what should be in your cupboards at all times.
  • An nutrition action plan so you know what you need to do in order to get on track and stay on track.
  • An example nutrition plan guideline based on the foods you normally eat with ideas on how to make your meals and snacks healthier.
