Leaderboard

Welcome to the leaderboard! Many of my clients go through regular fitness testing to continue to work on their personal bests (PBs).

This tough fitness test has tasks representing a variety of physical challenges – endurance, power, lower body strength, upper body strength, core strength, flexibility and agility. Each task is ranked on a scale of zero to five according to how well you do. There are different conditions for males and females due to average capability differences.

In recognition of great achievements, here’s the top scores to date. The Greek Goddess Challenge ladies are dominating this leaderboard at the moment! If you want to try and beat them, get in touch with me to book in for an official testing session!
