Hi, I’m Ange, a personal trainer, nutrition coach and yoga instructor from New Lynn in Auckland, New Zealand. I’m passionate about helping busy women get stronger, eat better, reduce stress, and find a greater sense of balance in life to be the healthiest version of you!
A combination of exercise that you love, nutritious food, wind-down time to rest, and focusing on things that make you happy are key to sustainable, long term results. I’m not about fast fixes, fad diets or training so hard you end up burned out. I advocate sustainable habit changes you can stick to in the long term. FOR LIFE. As a qualified prenatal and postnatal yoga teacher (and a mother myself!), I also have a great understanding of training women who are pregnant or getting back into exercise after baby.
I’ve been working in the fitness industry for more than nine years and believe that simple, small changes made consistently on a daily basis can lead to fantastic results that last.
