THE CREATIVE ACTION SQUAD
6-WEEK CHALLENGE

This quarterly challenge was created with busy women in mind to help keep you motivated, inspired, and focused on making a push towards your fitness and nutrition goals by putting into place sustainable daily habits that will help you get there.

New to exercise? Returning to exercise? Just feel like you need to shake up your existing routine (or develop one!)… then this challenge is for you!

It involves simple daily check off tasks to help you create healthier habits with your fitness routine and nutrition. No fad diets, fast fixes or expensive supplements

If you’re already an active Creative Action Squad member with a recurring weekly or monthly membership, this challenge is FREE as a part of your membership. If you’re not a Squad member, you can still join in by signing up for the six weeks as a standalone programme

YOUR FITNESS GOAL

To get moving for at least 10 minutes every day. This can include your Squad sessions, and you’ll also get access to a range of Grace, Grit & Gratitude online interval workouts for the duration of the challenge so you can do them from your own home on non-Squad days.

There will also be fitness testing at the beginning and end of challenge during Squad sessions – don’t freak out! You will be okay! choose to focus on building one aspect of your fitness or try improve all or them, your challenge your rules!

YOUR NUTRITION GOALS

Each week for 6 weeks, you’ll be given a new habit-based nutrition goal to focus on. It’s a simple ‘yes’ I achieved it or ‘no’ I still have work to do.

Even if you don’t manage to tick the ‘yes’ box every day, this is a great opportunity to check in with your current nutrition practices and notice some things you might like to continue to work on beyond the challenge.

TRACKING & ACCOUNTABILITY

Throughout the challenge, there will be accountability check-ins on the Creative Action Community Facebook group, mini challenges, and support (as well as face-to-face during Squad sessions!) for any questions you might have.

WHAT YOU GET AT THE END

Fame, glory, progression towards your health and fitness goals… and there may even be some spot prizes…
